Monthly Fees

Our pricing is based on a monthly fee that covers:

• Room rent (private or shared rooms)

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• 24/7 access to caregivers

• Nutritious meals and snacks

• Housekeeping and laundry services

• Social, recreational, and memory care activities

Tiered Rates by Care Level

Rates vary depending on the level of care required:

• Supervisory, Personal, or Directed Care

• Memory Care / Dementia Support

• Respite Care
  Higher levels of care may result in adjusted rates to accommodate increased support needs.

Room Options & Costs

We offer both single occupancy and shared rooms. Families can select the option that best fits their loved one’s comfort and needs.

Deposit & Move-In Fee

A $500 deposit/reservation fee is required to hold a room for one week. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward the first month’s payment.

Licensed & Regulated Care

St Therese Adult Care Home is fully licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, giving families peace of mind that residents are receiving care in a safe, regulated environment.
